Q 91 : Quelle est la preuve des différences entre leurs lois charia'iques (pl. charia) concernant ce qui est licite (Halal) et ce qui est illicite (Haram) ?
Q 91: What is the proof of the differences among their Shara’i` (pl. Shari'ah) laws pertaining to what is lawful [Halal] and what is unlawful [Haram]?
A--- Allah le Tout-Puissant dit dans Son Glorieux Qur'an, {À chacun de vous, Nous avons prescrit une "Shir`ah wa Minhaj", une loi et un chemin clair. Si Allah avait voulu, Il aurait fait de vous une seule nation, mais afin qu'Il vous mette à l'épreuve de ce qu'Il vous a donné ; concourez donc dans les bonnes œuvres}. (Al-Ma'idah, 48)
A--- Almighty Allah says in His Glorious Qur'an, {To each among you, We have prescribed "Shir`ah wa Minhaj” a law and a clear way. If Allah had willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so compete in good deeds}. (Al-Ma'idah,48)
