Este artículo se deriva de numerosas evidencias: en primer lugar, las evidencias que animan al matrimonio y que establecen que la mujer tiene más derechos en la crianza del hijo. En segundo lugar, las evidencias que prohíben a la mujer salir de la casa de su esposo sin su permiso y la obligan a servir a su esposo. En tercer lugar, las evidencias relativas a la 'Awrah (partes del cuerpo que deben cubrirse en público y delante de personas que no son familiares), la esfera privada de la vida de la mujer, la prohibición del jalwah (que un hombre y una mujer no emparentados estén a solas en un espacio privado), la prohibición de que la mujer viaje sin un pariente varón cercano y la prohibición del tabarruj (embellecimiento que atrae la atención).

This article is derived from numerous evidences: firstly, the evidences which encourage marriage and that the woman has more rights in the nursing of the child. Secondly, the evidences which prohibit the woman from leaving her husband’s house without his permission and obligate her to serve her husband. Thirdly, the evidences regarding the Awrah (private parts of body that must be covered in public and in front of non-family members), the private sphere of life for her, the prohibition of khalwah (for an unrelated man and woman to be alone together in private space), the prohibition of the woman travelling without a close male relative and the prohibition of Tabarruj (beautification which attracts attention).
