El Estado tiene prohibido pertenecer a cualquier organización que se base en algo distinto del Islam o que aplique normas no islámicas. Esto incluye organizaciones internacionales como las Naciones Unidas, la Corte Internacional de Justicia, el Fondo Monetario Internacional y el Banco Mundial, y organizaciones regionales como la Liga Árabe.

The State is forbidden to belong to any organisation which is based on anything other than Islam or which applies non- Islamic rules. This includes international organisations like the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and regional organisations like the Arab League.

El asunto sobre el cual se fundan las organizaciones internacionales y regionales ha sido prohibido por la Shari'ah.

Las Naciones Unidas están establecidas sobre la base del sistema capitalista, que es un sistema de kufr, y, por encima de ello, son una herramienta en manos de las grandes naciones, en particular de Estados Unidos, que la explota con el fin de imponer su influencia sobre las naciones más pequeñas, de las cuales forman parte los actuales Estados del mundo islámico.

The United Nations is established upon the basis of the Capitalist system, which is a system of Kufr, above and beyond which it is a tool in the hands of the large nations, particularly America, which exploits it for the sake of imposing its influence over the smaller nations, which the current states in the Islamic World are a part of.

El Tribunal Internacional de Justicia juzga con un sistema de kufr, e acudir a él para obtener un fallo equivale a tomar un juicio de otro distinto de lo que Allah (SWT) ha revelado.

The International Court of Justice judges with a system of Kufr, and going to it for a judgement is to take a judgement from other than what Allah (swt) has revealed.

El Fondo Monetario Internacional está establecido sobre la base de conceder préstamos de moneda fuerte con interés, y sobre una base de cambio de divisas que está prohibida según la Sharía, por lo que no entrega moneda fuerte a cambio de la moneda local en el acto, sino que entrega moneda fuerte al Estado que necesita moneda fuerte, a cambio de que, pasado un período de tiempo, le reembolse el equivalente en su propia moneda con un interés adicional que se especifica. Este tipo de cambio de divisas está prohibido, ya que es una clase de cambio de moneda que ha sido prohibida, pues el cambio de moneda debe realizarse o bien en el acto, sin ningún retraso, ya que si hay demora es ilícito, como ha mencionado el hadiz. Y de la misma manera, también incluye interés, que también está prohibido.

The International Monetary Fund is established upon giving loans of hard currency with interest, and on a basis of exchange that is forbidden according to the Shari’ah, and so it does not give hard currency in exchange for the local currency on the spot, but rather it gives hard currency to the State which is in need of hard currency, in exchange that after a period of time it repays it the equivalent from its own currency with additional interest which is specified. This kind of currency exchange is forbidden since it is a type of currency exchange that has been prohibited, because currency exchange either has to be carried out on the spot without any delay, since if there is a delay it is forbidden as the narration has mentioned. And in the same manner it also includes interest which is also forbidden.

The World Bank is established upon utilising interest, like any other bank.

La Liga Árabe se fundamenta en el sistema capitalista, y su constitución menciona explícitamente que tiene como objetivo proteger la independencia de los Estados árabes; en otras palabras, la protección de la separación y división de las tierras islámicas, lo cual está prohibido.

The Arab League is established upon the basis of the Capitalist system, and it explicitly mentions in its constitution that it is to protect the independence of the Arab states, in other words, the protection of the separation and division of the Islamic lands, which is prohibited.

Este es el borrador de la constitución, o las pruebas necesarias para ella, y hemos aclarado las pruebas de las normas que forman parte de los artículos de la constitución, y explicado lo que era necesario explicar. Y queda claro que esta constitución es una constitución islámica; en otras palabras, está compuesta por normas de la Sharía deducidas de las pruebas de la Sharía, es decir, del Libro (el Corán), la Sunna, el consenso (ijma') de los Compañeros y el razonamiento por analogía (qiyas). Por eso es un deber de los musulmanes actuar conforme a ella.

This is the draft constitution, or the necessary evidences for it, and we have clarified the evidences for the rules which are part of the Articles of the constitution, and explained what was necessary to be explained, and it is clear that this constitution is an Islamic constitution, in other words, it is composed of Shari’ah rules deduced from Shari’ah evidences, in other words, from the Book (Quran), the Sunnah, the Ijma’ of the companions, and Qiyas. This is why it is a duty upon the Muslims to act according to it.
