É permitido que uma mulher seja nomeada para cargos no serviço civil e em posições no judiciário, exceto no Tribunal das Injustiças. Ela pode eleger os membros do Conselho da Ummah e ser ela mesma membro, e pode participar da eleição do Chefe de Estado e de dar-lhe o juramento de lealdade (bay'ah).

It is permitted for a woman to be appointed in civil service and positions in the judiciary apart from the Court of Injustices. She can elect members of the Ummah’s council, and be a member herself, and she can participate in the election of the Head of State and in giving him the pledge of allegiance.

» أَعْطُوا الأَجِيرَ أَجْرَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِفَّ عَرَقُهُ « . "Dê ao trabalhador o seu salário antes que o seu suor seque" (relatado por Ibn Maja, de Abdullah Bin Umar). A palavra "trabalhador" aqui é geral e abrange tanto mulheres quanto homens. Na mesma linha, Al-Bukhari relatou de Abu Huraira que o Profeta ﷺ disse.
