Dem Staat ist es verboten, einer Organisation anzugehören, die auf etwas anderem als dem Islam beruht oder nichtislamische Regeln anwendet. Dies betrifft internationale Organisationen wie die Vereinten Nationen, den Internationalen Gerichtshof, den Internationalen Währungsfonds und die Weltbank sowie regionale Organisationen wie die Arabische Liga.

The State is forbidden to belong to any organisation which is based on anything other than Islam or which applies non- Islamic rules. This includes international organisations like the United Nations, the International Court of Justice, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, and regional organisations like the Arab League.

Der Gegenstand, auf dem die internationalen und regionalen Organisationen gegründet sind, ist durch die Scharia verboten.

The subject which the international and regional organisations are established upon has been prohibited by the Shari’ah.

Die Vereinten Nationen sind auf der Grundlage des kapitalistischen Systems errichtet, eines Systems des Kufr, und darüber hinaus sind sie ein Werkzeug in den Händen der großen Nationen, insbesondere Amerikas, das sie ausnutzt, um seinen Einfluss über die kleineren Nationen auszuüben, zu denen auch die heutigen Staaten der islamischen Welt gehören.

The United Nations is established upon the basis of the Capitalist system, which is a system of Kufr, above and beyond which it is a tool in the hands of the large nations, particularly America, which exploits it for the sake of imposing its influence over the smaller nations, which the current states in the Islamic World are a part of.

Der Internationale Gerichtshof urteilt nach einem System des Kufr, und sich an ihn zu wenden, um ein Urteil zu erbitten, heißt, ein Urteil von etwas anderem zu nehmen als dem, was Allah (SWT) offenbart hat.

Der Internationale Währungsfonds beruht auf der Vergabe von Krediten in Hartwährung gegen Zinsen und auf einer Tauschgrundlage, die nach der Scharia verboten ist. Er gibt daher nicht Hartwährung im Austausch gegen die Landeswährung auf der Stelle, sondern gibt einem Staat, der Hartwährung benötigt, Hartwährung in der Weise, dass dieser sie nach einer bestimmten Zeit in Gegenwert aus seiner eigenen Währung mit einem festgelegten zusätzlichen Zins zurückzahlt. Diese Art des Währungstauschs ist verboten, da es sich um eine Form des Währungstauschs handelt, die untersagt ist. The International Monetary Fund is established upon giving loans of hard currency with interest, and on a basis of exchange that is forbidden according to the Shari’ah, and so it does not give hard currency in exchange for the local currency on the spot, but rather it gives hard currency to the State which is in need of hard currency, in exchange that after a period of time it repays it the equivalent from its own currency with additional interest which is specified. This kind of currency exchange is forbidden since it is a type of currency exchange that has been prohibited, because currency exchange either has to be carried out on the spot without any delay, since if there is a delay it is forbidden as the narration has mentioned. And in the same manner it also includes interest which is also forbidden.

The World Bank is established upon utilising interest, like any other bank.

The Arab League is established upon the basis of the Capitalist system, and it explicitly mentions in its constitution that it is to protect the independence of the Arab states, in other words, the protection of the separation and division of the Islamic lands, which is prohibited.

Dies ist der Entwurf der Verfassung bzw. die notwendigen Belege dafür. Wir haben die Belege für die Regeln, die Bestandteil der Artikel der Verfassung sind, geklärt und das Notwendige erläutert. Es ist klar, dass diese Verfassung eine islamische Verfassung ist, das heißt, sie besteht aus Regeln der Scharia, die aus scharia­rechtlichen Belegen abgeleitet sind, also aus dem Buch (Qur'an), der Sunna, dem Ijma' der Gefährten und dem Qiyas. Deshalb ist es für die Muslime eine Pflicht, nach ihr zu handeln.

This is the draft constitution, or the necessary evidences for it, and we have clarified the evidences for the rules which are part of the Articles of the constitution, and explained what was necessary to be explained, and it is clear that this constitution is an Islamic constitution, in other words, it is composed of Shari’ah rules deduced from Shari’ah evidences, in other words, from the Book (Quran), the Sunnah, the Ijma’ of the companions, and Qiyas. This is why it is a duty upon the Muslims to act according to it.
