يُشترط لصحة النسخ أن تتحقق الشروط الأربعة التالية وتتوافر فيه.

It is necessary for the following four conditions to be fulfilled and met in order for the Naskh to be valid:

١ – أنَّ الدليلَ الناسخَ والدليلَ المنسوخَ كلاهما دليلٌ شرعيٌّ.

1 – That the Daleel An-Naasikh (abrogating evidence) and the Daleel Al-Mansookh (abrogated evidence) are both Shar’iy evidences.

٢ – أن الناسخ نزل متأخرًا عن المنسوخ وبعده.

2 – That the Naasikh was revealed later than and after the Mansookh.

3 – أن يكون الناسخ مثل المنسوخ (في القوة والمرتبة) أو أقوى منه.

3 – That the Naasikh is like the Mansookh (in strength and weight) or stronger than it.

٤ – أن يكون هناك حجةٌ شرعيةٌ تدل على أن الدليل الناسخ ينسخ الدليل المنسوخ.

4 – That there is a Hujjah Shar’iyah indicating that the Daleel AnNaasikh is abrogating the Daleel Al-Mansookh.
