1 – معناه وأهميته فيما يتعلق بالأحكام الشرعية

1 – Its meaning and importance in respect to the Ahkaam AshShar’iyah.

٢ – حُجِّيَّتُه (صلاحيته للاحتجاج والاستدلال)، وإمكانُ وقوعه، وآراءُ العلماء فيه.

2 – Its Hujjiyah (validity as a proof and evidence), the possibility of its occurrence and the opinions of the ‘Ulamaa in respect to that.

٣ – مراتب الإجماع، وأهل الإجماع، وشروطهم.

3 – The levels (or grades) of Al-Ijmaa’, the Ahl (people) of Al-Ijmaa’ and their conditions.
