A ---最も偉大なものは：

A ---The greatest one is:

(1) 審判の日、清算の日における大いなる執り成し(シャファーア)。これは預言者ムハンマド ﷺ に与えられた特権である。アッラーがその御言葉で約束された、マカーム・マフムード(賞賛と栄光の境地)である。「あなたの主があなたを、マカーム・マフムード(賞賛と栄光の境地、すなわち復活の日の執り成しの栄誉)に上げてくださることもありえよう」。(アル=イスラー、79)

(1) the Great Intercession on the Day of Judgment, the Day of Reckoning. This is a specialty granted to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). It is the Maqam Mahmud (a station of praise and glory) that is promised by Allah the Almighty in His Statement, {It may be that your Lord will raise you to Maqam Mahmud (a station of praise and glory, i.e. the honor of intercession on the Day of Resurrection)}. (Al-Isra', 79)

そして、アッラーが復活の日に信者たちを、この世で集められたのと同じように集められ、彼らは言うでしょう、「私たちのために、この場所から救い出していただけるよう、主に執り成しをしてくれる者を求めよう」と。そして彼らはアーダム、ヌーフ（ノア）、イブラーヒーム（アブラハム）、ムーサー（モーセ）、ジーザス、そして最後にムハンマド ﷺ のもとへ行き、「あなたは人々の状態が見えないのか」と言うでしょう。すると全員が「私にはその任に就く資格がない」と答えるでしょう。ただしムハンマド ﷺ だけは「私にはその任に就く資格がある」と言うでしょう。（ブハーリーとムスリム）

That when Allah will gather the believers on the Day of Resurrection in the same way (as they are gathered in this life), and they will say, 'Let us ask someone to intercede for us with our Lord that He may relieve us from this place of ours.' Then they will go to Adam, Nuh (Noah), Ibrahim (Abraham), Musa (Moses), ('Isa) Jesus, and finally Muhammad and say, 'Don't you see the people (people's condition)?' all of them would say, 'I am not fit for this undertaking', save Muhammad who would say, "I am fit for this undertaking ". (Bukhari and Muslim)

(2) 楽園の門を開くための取り成し。そこから最初に入るのは預言者ムハンマド ﷺ であり、最初に入るウンマ(共同体、民)は彼のウンマである。

(2) Intercession for opening the gate of Paradise. The first to enter therefrom is Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), and the first Ummah (community or nation) to enter it is his Ummah.

(3) 地獄に入るよう命じられた一部の人々が、そこに入らないようにするための執り成し（シャファーア）

(3) Intercession for the benefit of some people who are ordered to be admitted into Hell, not to enter it.

(4) 地獄に入れられた一部の一神教信者を、そこから出すための執り成し（シャファーア）。

(4) Intercession for the benefit of some monotheists who were admitted into Hell to get out from it.

アブー・サイード・アル＝フドリー（アッラーが彼をお喜びになりますように）が伝えています。預言者（彼の上に平安あれ）ﷺはこう言われました。「楽園の民が楽園に入り、地獄の民が地獄に行くとき、アッラーは、からし種一粒分の重さの信仰を持っていた者たちを地獄から連れ出すよう命じられる。彼らは連れ出されるが、そのときには黒く焼け焦げている。そして彼らは「ハヤー」（雨）あるいは「ハヤート」（生命）の川（語り手はどちらの語が正しいか確信がない）に入れられ、洪水の水路の岸辺に生える草のように蘇る。」

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (Peace be upon him) says: "When the people of Paradise will enter Paradise and the people of Hell will go to Hell, Allah will order those who have had faith equal to the weight of a grain of mustard seed to be taken out from Hell. So they will be taken out but (by then) they will be blackened (charred). Then they will be put in the river of Haya' (rain) or Hayat (life) (the Narrator is in doubt as to which is the right term), and they will revive like a grain that grows near the bank of a flood channel.

「黄色くねじれて出てくるのが見えないのですか」（ブハーリーとムスリム）

Don't you see that it comes out yellow and twisted. " (Bukhari and Muslim)

(5) 楽園の住人の中の一部の人々の地位を引き上げるための執り成し（シャファーア）。

(5) Intercession for raising the ranks of some people from among the residents of Paradise.

最後の三つ（3、4、5）は預言者ムハンマド（彼に平安あれ）に特有のものではありませんが、彼はその日に執り成しをする他の預言者、天使、保護者、敬虔な人々よりも先に進み出させられます。その後、アッラーは、アッラー以外には数えることのできない数の人々を、執り成しなしに、御慈悲によって地獄の火から救い出されるでしょう。

The last three ones (3, 4, 5) are not peculiar to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), but he is to be advanced before other Prophets, angels, protectors and pious men who will intercede on that Day. Then, Allah the Almighty will take out with His Mercy from Hell-fire peoples without any intercession, the number of which can not be counted by other than Allah the Almighty. .

(6) 一部の不信仰者の懲罰を軽減するための執り成し。これは預言者ムハンマド(彼に平安あれ)に固有のものであり、彼の父方の叔父のためのものである。イマーム・ムスリムや他のハディース集成によって伝えられている。アナス・イブン・マーリク(彼にアッラーが満足されますように)が伝えた。

(6) Intercession for lightening the torment of some disbelievers. This one is peculiar to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) for the sake of his paternal uncle as transmitted by Imam Muslim and other Hadith Compilations: Anas Ibn Malik (May Allah be pleased with him), reported:

アッラーの使徒ﷺは、地獄は「まだあるか」と言い続けるが、アッラー、いと高く崇高なる御方が御足をそこに置かれるまで続き、そして地獄は「もう十分、もう十分、あなたの御威光にかけて」と言い、その各部分は互いに引き寄せ合うのだ、と仰せられた。(ブハーリーとムスリム)

Allah's Messenger (Peace be upon him) said that the Hell would continue to say: Is there anything more, until Allah, the Exalted and High, would place His foot therein and that would say: Enough, enough, by Your Honor, and some parts of it would draw close to the other." (Bukhari and Muslim)
