A--- In this connection, companions of the Prophet (Peace be upon him)

そして初期の敬虔な学者たちは言った。「これは、重大な規定刑（ハッド）が課される罪のすべてを意味する」。また、こう言われている。「これは、呪い、怒り、火、またはいかなる種類の懲罰が続く罪のすべてを意味する」。さらにこう言われている。「これは、それを犯すことが行為者の宗教とアッラーに対する無関心を示す罪のすべてを意味する」。

and the earlier pious scholars said: This implies all sins that incur a major Prescribed Penalty. It is also said: this implies all sins that are followed by a curse, wrath, fire or any sort of punishment. It is also said: this implies all sins the committing of which shows the indifference of the doer towards religion and Allah the Almighty.

よく知られた大罪には次のものがあります。アッラーに並ぶ者を置いて崇拝すること、魔術を行うこと、イスラームの法に照らして正当な理由なく、アッラーが禁じられた人の命を奪うこと、リバー（高利）を食べること、孤児の財産を食べてしまうこと、戦闘の際に敵に背を向けて戦場から逃げること、貞操について考えたこともなく信仰深い清らかな女性を中傷すること、ワインを飲むこと、そして両親に対して不孝を行うことなどです。

Among the well-known major sins are: To join partners in worship. with Allah, to practice sorcery, to kill a person which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic Law), to eat up Riba (usury), to eat up the property of an orphan, to show one's back to the enemy and fleeing from the battlefield at the time of fighting, to accuse chaste women who never even think of anything touching their chastity and are good believers, to drink wine, and to show imprudence to parents, etc.

イブン・アッバース(彼らに対してアッラーが喜ばれますように)は言った。大罪(カバーイル)の数は七十に達しうる。大罪と呼ばれるものを追っていく者は、それが七十を超えることに気づくであろう。さらに、様々なハディースに述べられているいわゆる大罪を数えれば、その数は必ずや七十を上回るであろう。

Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) said: the Major Sins could reach 70 in numbers. Whosoever traces the sins called major ones, will find them more than seventy. Moreover, if one counts the so-called major sins mentioned in various Hadiths, the number will surely exceed 70.
