A---は、万物の主と並べて他のものを崇めること、すなわち、アッラーを愛するようにして他者を愛すること、アッラーであるかのように他者を畏れること、他者に依り頼むこと、他者に祈願すること、他者に希望を託すこと、他者に罪深い忠誠を尽くすこと、アッラーの御心に背くことにおいて他者に従うことなどを意味する。全能にして偉大なるアッラーは仰せられる。

A--- It means associating partners with the Lord of the worlds, like loving someone in the way one loves Allah, fearing someone as if he is Allah, relying on him, invoking him, hoping from him, sinful loyalty to him, obeying him in what displeases Allah, etc. Allah, the Almighty says:

{まことに、アッラーは、ご自身に併置（シルク）をすることは赦されない。それ以外の罪は、お望みの者にはお赦しになる。アッラーに併置をする者は、まことに遠く迷い去っているのである}（アン＝ニサー、116）

{Verily! Allah forgives not (the sin of) setting up partners (in worship) with Him, but He forgives whom He wills sins other than that, and whoever sets up partners in worship with Allah, has indeed strayed far away}. (An-Nisa', 116)

アッラーは全能であるお方がこう仰せられる：{……アッラーに他者を配して崇拝する者は、まことに甚大な罪を捏造したのである}。（アンニサー、48）

Allah the Almighty says: {... and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin}. (AnNisa', 48)

アッラーは全能であられる方が仰せられる：{まことに、アッラーに（崇拝において）何者かを配する者には、アッラーは楽園を禁じられる。そして、その者の住まいは火獄である}（アル＝マーイダ章、72節）

Allah the Almighty says: {Verily, whosoever sets up partners (in worship) with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise to him, and the Fire will be his abode}. (Al-Ma'idah, 72)

アッラー、全能なるお方はこう仰せられる：{……アッラーに同位者を配する者は、まるで天から落ちて、鳥に攫われるか、風が遠く離れた場所へ吹き飛ばすかのようである}。（アル＝ハッジ、4）

Allah the Almighty says: {..and whoever assigns partners to Allah, it is as if he had fallen from the sky, and the birds had snatched him, or the wind had thrown him to a far off place}. (Al-Hajj, 4)

預言者(ﷺ)は言われました。「アッラーが被造物に対して有しておられる権利とは、ただ御一方のみを崇拝し、いかなるものも御方に並べないことである。被造物がアッラーに対して有する権利とは、御方に何者をも並べない者を罰しないことである。」(ブハーリーとムスリム)

The Prophet (Peace be upon him) says: "What is due to Allah from His creatures is to serve Him alone and never to associate any other being with Him. What is due them is not to punish any person who does not associate aught with Him.” (Bukhari and Muslim)

クライシュ族の異教徒のように自らの多神教を公言する者と、イスラムを表明しながら内心の多神崇拝を隠す偽善者との間に違いはない。全能のアッラーは仰せられる。{まことに偽信者たちは火の最下層にいる。あなたは彼らのために助ける者を見いだせないであろう。ただし悔い改め、善行に励み、アッラーにしっかりと拠り所を求め、宗教をアッラーのために純粋にした者は別であり、その者たちは信者と共にいる}。(アン＝ニサー、145、146節)

There is no difference between those who declare their polytheism like the Pagans of Quraish and those who hide it, like the hypocrites who declare Islam and make their internal polytheism secret. Allah the Almighty says: {Verily, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depth (grade) of the Fire,. no helper will you find for them. Except those who repent (from hypocrisy), do righteous good deeds, hold fast to Allah, and purify their religion for Allah, then they will be with the believers}. (An-Nisa', 145,146)
