アッラーの実体に関連づけて言えば、スピーチの属性（ kalām）は、アッラーの知識と並ぶ、アッラー（SWT）の実体の属性の一つである。

A--- Considering relating the Speech Attribute to the Entity of Allah Almighty, it is one of His Entity Attributes along with His Knowledge.

むしろ、それは彼の知識の一部であり、彼はご自身の知識をもって啓示を下されたのであり、ご自身が下されるものを最もよく知っておられる。また、彼がご自身の意志と望みによって語られることは、彼の行為に関わる属性である。

Rather, it constitutes part of His Knowledge, He sent it down with His Knowledge and He is the Best Knower of what He sends down. As for His Speaking with His Will and Wish, it is an Attribute related to His Acting.

預言者ムハンマド(ﷺ)は次のように言われました。「アッラーが事柄を啓示しようとされるとき、啓示によってお語りになる。」このことについて、初期のイスラーム教徒の敬虔な学者たちは、御言葉の属性について次のように述べました。「それは本質と行為の両方に関わる属性である。アッラー、その栄光は高く、は永遠に、常に言葉によって描写されてきた。そして、アッラーが語り、呼びかけられることは、御意志と御望みによる。御望みのときに、御望みのとき、御望みの仕方で、誰に聞かせようと望まれるかに応じて、言葉によってお語りになる。御言葉は、終わりや終結のない属性である。アッラーは次のように仰せられる。」

As said by Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him): "If Allah wills to reveal the matter, He speaks with Revelation.” For this, our pious scholars of the earlier Muslims said regarding the Speech Attribute: "It is a Quality of both the Entity and Acting. For Allah, Glory be His, was and still described with Speech ever and forever, and that His Speaking and Addressing is up to His Will and Wish. He speaks if He wills, when He wills, and in the manner He wills with Words to be heard by whom He wills. His Speech is an Attribute with no end or termination. Allah says:

{言え（ムハンマドよ、ﷺ、人々に向けて）：「もし海が私の主の御言葉を書き記すためのインクであったなら、私の主の御言葉が尽きる前に海は干上がってしまうであろう。たとえ我々がそれと同じ量の海をさらに加えて助けとしたとしても」}（アル＝カフ、109）

{Say (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him) to mankind): "If the sea were ink for (writing) the Words of my Lord, surely, the sea would be exhausted before the Words of my Lord would be finished, even if We brought (another sea) like it for its aid}. (Al-Kahf, 109)

アッラーはこう仰せられる：{そして、地上のすべての木が筆となり、海がインクとなり、さらにその後ろに七つの海がそれを補うとしても、アッラーの御言葉は尽きることがないであろう}。

Allah says: {And if all the trees on the earth were pens and the sea (were ink wherewith to write), with seven seas behind it to add to its (supply), yet the Words of Allah would not be exhausted}.

アッラーは全能であられる方として仰せられる：{あなたの主の御言葉は真実と公正において成就された。誰もその御言葉を変えることはできない。そして、かれは全てを聞き、全てを知り給う方である}（アル＝アンアーム章、115節）

Allah the Almighty says: {And the Word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can change His Words. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower}. (Al-An'am, 115)
