O significado de Al-Fatwaa:
The meaning of Al-Fatwaa:
Al-Fatwá linguisticamente: deriva do verbo ‘ ‘com o sentido de Aftá, com o sentido de Abân (tornar claro/evidente). Al-Futyá e Al-Fatwá têm o mesmo significado único, e o Masdar (infinitivo ou substantivo verbal) é Al-Iftá’.
Al-Fatwaa linguistically: It is from the verb ‘ ‘with the meaning of Aftii with the meaning of Abaan (to make plain/evident). Al-Futyaa and Al-Fatwaa have the same single meaning and the Masdar (infinitive or verbal noun) is Al-Iftaa’u.
Al-Fatwā em seu significado na Sharī‘ah:
Al-Fatwaa in its Shar’a meaning:
É aquilo que o Mufti (isto é, o Faqeeh) esclarece ou explica a respeito de um Hukm Shar'iy para a realidade sobre a qual se pergunta ou indaga.
It is what the Mufti (i.e. the Faqeeh) makes clear or explains in respect to a Hukm Shar’iy for the reality that is being enquired or asked about.
Allah (SWT) disse:

Eles lhe pedem sua instrução legal a respeito das mulheres. Diga: Allah lhes dá instruções a respeito delas (An-Nisaa’ 127).
They ask your legal instruction concerning women, say: Allah instructs you about them (An-Nisaa’ 127).
A nobre Ayah significa que Allah explicará ou esclarecerá os Ahkam Ash-Shar'iyah relacionados às mulheres.
The Noble Aayah means that Allah will explain or make clear the Ahkaam Ash-Shar’iyah related to the women.
