É necessário que as quatro condições seguintes sejam cumpridas e atendidas para que o Naskh seja válido:

It is necessary for the following four conditions to be fulfilled and met in order for the Naskh to be valid:

1 – Que o Daleel An-Naasikh (a evidência abrogante) e o Daleel Al-Mansookh (a evidência abrogada) são ambas evidências Shar'iy.

1 – That the Daleel An-Naasikh (abrogating evidence) and the Daleel Al-Mansookh (abrogated evidence) are both Shar’iy evidences.

2 – Que o Naasikh tenha sido revelado depois e posteriormente ao Mansookh.

2 – That the Naasikh was revealed later than and after the Mansookh.

3 – Que o Nāsikh seja como o Mansūkh (em força e peso) ou mais forte que ele.

3 – That the Naasikh is like the Mansookh (in strength and weight) or stronger than it.

4 – Que exista uma Ḥujjah Shar‘iyyah que indique que o Dalīl An-Nāsikh está abrogando o Dalīl Al-Mansūkh.

4 – That there is a Hujjah Shar’iyah indicating that the Daleel AnNaasikh is abrogating the Daleel Al-Mansookh.
