Foi mencionado que as condições do At-Takleef (responsabilidade legal) são três: Al-Buloogh (a maturidade), Al-Qudrah (a capacidade) e Al-‘Aql (o intelecto). Passaremos agora a examinar o tema da Ahliyah (competência ou habilitação), suas categorias e seus obstáculos ou impedimentos, de forma resumida:

It has been mentioned that the Shuroot of At-Takleef are three: Al-Buloogh, Al-Qudrah and Al-‘Aql. We will now examine the subject of the Ahliyah (competence or qualification) and its categories and its obstacles or preventative matters in summary:

Al-Ahliyah, em linguagem, significa: As-Salaahiyah (adequação, aptidão), e por isso se diz: O homem é Ahl (apto/adequado) para trabalhar em tal ou qual área, no caso em que ele é Saalih (adequado) para ela.

Al-Ahliyah linguistically means: As-Salaahiyah (suitability, appropriateness) and so it is said: The man is Ahl (suitable/appropriate) to work in such and such a field, in the case where he was Saalih (suitable) for it.

Al-Ahliyah segundo o Istilaah dos Usooliyeen: Representa a aptidão ou adequação do ser humano em relação àquilo que lhe é atribuído em termos de execução, ou àquilo que lhe é atribuído ou imposto em termos de Huqooq (direitos), ou seja, a competência.

Al-Ahliyah according to the Istilaah of the Usooliyeen: It represents the aptness or suitability of the human in respect to that which is assigned to him in terms of performance or what is assigned to him or upon him in terms of Huqooq (rights) (i.e. competence).
