1 – O Naskh (abrogação) do Hukm sem substituição ou troca:
1 – The Naskh (abrogation) of the Hukm without replacement or substitution:
Allah Ta'ala disse:
Allah Ta’Aalaa said:
Ó vós que credes, quando quiserdes consultar em particular o Mensageiro, apresentai uma caridade antes da vossa consulta (Al-Mujaadilah 12).
O you who have believed, when you [wish to] privately consult the Messenger, present a charity before your consultation (Al-Mujaadilah 12).
Este Hukm, que consistia em oferecer uma Sadaqah antes de se encontrar com o Mensageiro para uma consulta reservada, foi abrogado pelo seguinte Aayah:
This Hukm, which was the presentation of Sadaqah before meeting the Messenger for private consultation, was abrogated by the following Aayah:
