Depois de termos explicado o Ḥukm At-Taklīfī e seus cinco tipos, que são Al-Wājib, Al-Mandūb, Al-Ḥarām, Al-Makrūh e Al-Mubāḥ, e depois de termos explicado o Ḥukm Al-Wad‘ī e seus cinco tipos, que são As-Sabab, Ash-Shart, Al-Māni‘, As-Sihhah, Al-Butlān e Al-Fasād, e também Ar-Rukhsah e Al-‘Azīmah, após isso, notamos que existem diferenças entre os dois, das quais as mais importantes são:

After having explained the Hukm At-Takleefiy and its five types which are Al-Waajib, Al-Mandoob, Al-Haraam, Al-Makrooh and Al-Mubaah, and after having explained the Hukm Al-Wad’iy and its five types which are As-Sabab, Ash-Shart, Al-Maani’, As-Sihhah, Al-Butlaan And Al-Fasaad, and Ar-Rukhsah and Al-‘Azeemah, after that, we have noticed that there are differences between the two; the most important of which are:

1 – Al-Hukm At-Takleefiy diz respeito diretamente à ação do ‘Abd, e assim o Khitaab Ash-Shaari’ (a fala do Legislador) é dirigido ao pedido de realizar uma ação, ao pedido de abster-se de uma ação, ou à concessão da escolha entre fazer e deixar de fazer.
