Для того чтобы насх был действительным, необходимо, чтобы выполнялись и соблюдались следующие четыре условия:

It is necessary for the following four conditions to be fulfilled and met in order for the Naskh to be valid:

1 – Что нāсих-довод (abrogating evidence, Ad-Daleel An-Naasikh) и мансух-довод (abrogated evidence, Ad-Daleel Al-Mansookh) оба являются шариатскими доказательствами.

1 – That the Daleel An-Naasikh (abrogating evidence) and the Daleel Al-Mansookh (abrogated evidence) are both Shar’iy evidences.

2 – Что насих был ниспослан позже мансуха и после него.

2 – That the Naasikh was revealed later than and after the Mansookh.

3 – Что наасих равен мансух по силе и весу или сильнее его.

3 – That the Naasikh is like the Mansookh (in strength and weight) or stronger than it.

4 – То, что существует шаръиятский довод (Худжжа Шар'ийя), указывающий, что довод ан-Насих отменяет довод аль-Мансух.

4 – That there is a Hujjah Shar’iyah indicating that the Daleel AnNaasikh is abrogating the Daleel Al-Mansookh.
