আল-ইফতা, আল-ইজতিহাদ ও আল-কাযা
Al-iftaa’, Al-ijtihaad And Al-qadaa’
আল-ইফতা ও আল-ইজতিহাদের মধ্যে পার্থক্য:
The difference between Al-Iftaa’ and Al-Ijtihaad:
১ – ইজতিহাদ হলো মুজতাহিদের চেষ্টা (ও সামর্থ্য) পূর্ণভাবে ব্যয় করা, যাতে তিনি সরাসরি এর বিস্তারিত দলিলসমূহ থেকে ব্যবহারিক আহকামুশ শার‘ইয়্যাহ (শরয়ী বিধানসমূহ) ইস্তিম্বাত (উদ্ভাবন/নির্গত) করতে পারেন।
1 – Al-Ijtihaad is the exerting or expending of the Mujtahid’s effort (and capability) to deduce (Istinbaat) the practical Ahkaam Ash-Shar’iyah from its detailed evidences (directly).
আর আল-ইফতা (অর্থাৎ ফতোয়া প্রদান) হলো, একজন মুফতি কোনো মাসআলা (বিষয়) সম্পর্কে শরয়ী হুকুম জানানো, তা বিষয়টি ঘটুক বা না ঘটুক।
As for Al-Iftaa’ (i.e. passing of the Fatwaa) then it means the Mufti informing about the Hukm Ash-Shar’iy for a Mas’alah (issue) whether that issue occurred or not.
