The Third Chapter
প্রথমত: আল-ইজমা (ঐকমত্য):
Firstly: Al-Ijmaa’ (Consensus):
১ – আহকামুশ শরঈয়্যাহ (শরঈ বিধিবিধান) এর ক্ষেত্রে এর অর্থ ও গুরুত্ব।
1 – Its meaning and importance in respect to the Ahkaam AshShar’iyah.
২ – এর হুজ্জিয়াহ (দলিল ও প্রমাণ হিসেবে গ্রহণযোগ্যতা), এর সংঘটিত হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা, এবং এ বিষয়ে আলেমদের মতামত।
2 – Its Hujjiyah (validity as a proof and evidence), the possibility of its occurrence and the opinions of the ‘Ulamaa in respect to that.
৩ – ইজমা’র স্তরসমূহ (বা শ্রেণিসমূহ), ইজমা’র অধিকারী ব্যক্তিগণ (আহল) এবং তাঁদের শর্তাবলি।
3 – The levels (or grades) of Al-Ijmaa’, the Ahl (people) of Al-Ijmaa’ and their conditions.
৪ – মুস্তানাদ আল-ইজমা (ইজমা যার উপর ভিত্তি করে)
4 – Mustanad Al-Ijmaa’ (what the Ijmaa’ rests upon)
