Types of An-Naskh (Abrogation)
১ – বিকল্প বা প্রতিস্থাপন ছাড়া হুকুমের নাসখ (রহিতকরণ):
1 – The Naskh (abrogation) of the Hukm without replacement or substitution:
আল্লাহ তা'আলা বলেন:
Allah Ta’Aalaa said:
হে যারা ঈমান এনেছ! তোমরা যখন রাসূল ﷺ-এর সঙ্গে গোপনে পরামর্শ করতে চাও, তখন পরামর্শের আগে কিছু সদকা পেশ করো। (আল-মুজাদিলাহ ১২)
O you who have believed, when you [wish to] privately consult the Messenger, present a charity before your consultation (Al-Mujaadilah 12).
এই হুকুম, যা ছিল রাসূলের সঙ্গে গোপন পরামর্শের আগে সাদাকা পেশ করা, তা পরবর্তী এই আয়াত দ্বারা রহিত হয়ে যায়:
This Hukm, which was the presentation of Sadaqah before meeting the Messenger for private consultation, was abrogated by the following Aayah:
