১ – আত-তা'আদুল (সমতা): এর অর্থ, দুটি কাতঈ (নিশ্চিত) দলিলের তা'আদুল, দুটি যান্নী (ধারণাপ্রসূত) দলিলের তা'আদুল এবং কাতঈ ও যান্নী দলিলের তা'আদুল।

1 – At-Ta’aadul (equivalence): Its meaning, Ta’aadul (equivalence) of the two Qat’iys, Ta’aadul (equivalence) of the two Zhanniys and Ta’aadul (equivalence) of the Qat’iy and the Zhanniy.

২ – আত-তারজীহ (অগ্রাধিকার দান): এর অর্থ, এটি ব্যবহারের হুকুম এবং তার দলিল।

2 – At-Tarjeeh (outweighing): Its meaning, the Hukm of using it and the Daleel for that.

৩ – উভয় দলিলের উপর আমল করা, যদিও কোনো এক দিক বা দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে হলেও, তা উভয়ের একটিকে উপেক্ষা করার চেয়ে অধিক উত্তম (আওলা)।

3 – Working with both evidences, and even if from one aspect or angle, is more appropriate (Awlaa) than neglecting one of them.

৪ - দুটি বক্তব্যের মধ্যে দ্বন্দ্ব, যেখানে একটি অন্যটির পরের বা পরের নয় (এমন অবস্থায়)।

4 - Conflict between two texts where one is later that the other and when it is not.

৫ – কিয়াসের বিপরীতে অগ্রাধিকার (Al-Aqyisah, যা Qiyaas-এর বহুবচন)।

5 – Outweighing the analogies (Al-Aqyisah pl. of Qiyaas).

৬ – আত-তারজীহ (অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান): একই পাঠের মধ্যে শব্দের দালালাত (শব্দের নির্দেশিত অর্থসমূহ) এর মাঝে অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান।

6 – At-Tarjeeh (outweighing) between the Dalaalaat of the Lafzh (indications of the expressed wordings) within a single text.
