১ – যে মাসআলা (বিষয়) সম্পর্কে হুকুম (বিধান) নির্ধারণের চেষ্টা করা হচ্ছে, তার বাস্তবতা সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।

1 – Knowledge of the reality of the Mas’alah (issue) for which the derivation of the Hukm is being sought.

২ – মাসআলাটির সাথে সম্পর্কিত শরিয়তের নুসূস (মূল দলিলসমূহ) সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।

2 – Knowledge of the Shar’iyah texts related to the Mas’alah.

৩ – মুজতাহিদ যখন অনুভব করেন যে তিনি আর বেশি প্রচেষ্টা চালাতে অক্ষম, সেখানে সর্বোচ্চ প্রচেষ্টা ব্যয় করা।

3 – Expending of effort where the Mujtahid feels that he is incapable of more.

এটি ইস্তিম্বাত (ইজতিহাদ বা বিধান আহরণ) সংক্রান্ত, যাতে কোনো বিষয়ের সাথে সম্পর্কিত নুসুস (শরঈ দলিল) থেকে হুকমে শরঈ আহরণ করা হয়, এবং সেই নির্দিষ্ট ইস্তিম্বাতের জন্য অপরিহার্য প্রয়োজনীয় ভাষাগত জ্ঞানভান্ডার ও শরঈ জ্ঞানভান্ডার ব্যবহার করা হয়।

That relates to the Istinbaat (derivation) of the Hukm Ash-Shar’iy from the texts related to the issue utilising his linguistic areas of knowledge and his Shar’iyah areas of knowledge that are necessarily required for that particular Istinbaat (deduction).
