১ – আহলুস-সুন্নাহর অনেক আলিম এই শর্ত আরোপ করেছেন যে, খাওয়ারিজ, আল-কাদারিয়্যাহ ও আর-রাওয়াফিদ মুজতাহিদদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে না।

1 – Many of the ‘Ulamaa of the Ahl us-Sunnah stipulated that the Khawaarij, Al-Qadariyah and Ar-Rawaafid are to be excluded from the Mujtahideen.

২ – প্রসিদ্ধ ফকীহদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ শায ফকীহদের (যারা প্রচলিত ধারার বাইরে থাকেন) ইজমার ক্ষেত্রে গণনার বাইরে রেখেছেন, আবার কেউ কেউ তাদের অনুমতি দিয়েছেন, তবে শর্ত ছিল যে তারা নিজেদের মতের দিকে আহ্বান না করেন।

2 – From amongst the well-known Fuqahaa there are those who counted the Shadh’dhaadh (irregular outside the norm) Fuqahaa to be excluded in respect to the Ijmaa’ whilst some permitted them if they were not calling to their own opinion.

৩ – আশ-শাওকানী ‘ইরশাদ আল-ফুহূল’-এ বলেছেন: “যে কোনো বিষয় বা জ্ঞানের শাখায় যে ইজমা’ বিবেচনায় আনতে হবে, তা হলো সেই বিষয়ের অভিজ্ঞ ও জ্ঞানী ব্যক্তিদের ইজমা’, তাদের ছাড়া অন্যদের ইজমা’ নয়।”
