Al-makrooh (the Disliked Action)
Lo makruh según la definición terminológica de la Shari'a (Istilaah):
The Makrooh in accordance to the Shar’a Istilaah (terminological definition):
Es aquello que el Shari' (Legislador) ha solicitado que se deje de realizar mediante una petición no decisiva (Talab Ghair Jaazim).
It is that which the Shaari’ (Legislator) has requested leaving its perfomance by way of a non-decisive request (Talab Ghair Jaazim).
Es aquello cuyo abandono es mejor o preferible (o más apropiado) que realizarlo. Quien hace lo makrūh no peca, y si lo abandona en cumplimiento del mandato de Allah, es alabado y recompensado.
It is that which leaving it is better or preferred (or more appropriate) that doing it. The one who does the Makrooh is not sinful and if he leaves it in compliance to the command of Allah he is commended and rewarded.
