Se ha mencionado que las condiciones (shuroot) del At-Takleef (la responsabilidad legal) son tres: Al-Buloogh (la pubertad), Al-Qudrah (la capacidad) y Al-‘Aql (el uso de razón). It has been mentioned that the Shuroot of At-Takleef are three: Al-Buloogh, Al-Qudrah and Al-‘Aql. We will now examine the subject of the Ahliyah (competence or qualification) and its categories and its obstacles or preventative matters in summary:

Al-Ahliyah lingüísticamente significa: As-Salaahiyah (idoneidad, aptitud), y por eso se dice: El hombre es Ahl (idóneo/apto) para trabajar en tal o cual campo, en el caso de que sea Saalih (idóneo) para ello.

Al-Ahliyah linguistically means: As-Salaahiyah (suitability, appropriateness) and so it is said: The man is Ahl (suitable/appropriate) to work in such and such a field, in the case where he was Saalih (suitable) for it.

Al-Ahliyah según la terminología de los usuliyyin: Representa la aptitud o idoneidad del ser humano respecto de aquello que se le asigna en cuanto a la ejecución, o lo que se le asigna o se le impone en cuanto a los derechos (es decir, la capacidad jurídica).

Al-Ahliyah according to the Istilaah of the Usooliyeen: It represents the aptness or suitability of the human in respect to that which is assigned to him in terms of performance or what is assigned to him or upon him in terms of Huqooq (rights) (i.e. competence).
