1 – Su significado e importancia con respecto a los Ahkām Ash-Sharʿiyyah.

3 – Los arkaan (pilares) de Al-Qiyaas: Al-Asl (el origen), Al-Far' (la rama), Hukm ul-Asl (el juicio del origen) y Al-'Illah (la causa).
3 – The Arkaan (pillars) of Al-Qiyaas: ‘Al-Asl (origin), Al-Far’ (branch), Hukm ul-Asl (original Hukm) and Al-‘Illah (reason)’.
