Tras haber explicado el Hukm At-Takleefiy y sus cinco tipos, que son Al-Waajib, Al-Mandoob, Al-Haraam, Al-Makrooh y Al-Mubaah, y tras haber explicado el Hukm Al-Wad'iy y sus cinco tipos, que son As-Sabab, Ash-Shart, Al-Maani', As-Sihhah, Al-Butlaan y Al-Fasaad, así como Ar-Rukhsah y Al-'Azeemah, después de todo ello hemos observado que existen diferencias entre ambos, de las cuales las más importantes son:

After having explained the Hukm At-Takleefiy and its five types which are Al-Waajib, Al-Mandoob, Al-Haraam, Al-Makrooh and Al-Mubaah, and after having explained the Hukm Al-Wad’iy and its five types which are As-Sabab, Ash-Shart, Al-Maani’, As-Sihhah, Al-Butlaan And Al-Fasaad, and Ar-Rukhsah and Al-‘Azeemah, after that, we have noticed that there are differences between the two; the most important of which are:

1 – El Hukm At-Takleefiy está relacionado directamente con la acción del ‘Abd, y por tanto el Khitaab Ash-Shaari’ (la alocución del Legislador) se dirige a la petición de realizar una acción, a la petición de abstenerse de una acción, o a conceder la opción entre hacer y dejar de hacer.
