El punto de vista Raajih (el más sólido o preponderante) es la opinión del primer grupo, que sostiene que Al-Istishaab es una Hujjah tanto en el caso de la negación como en el de la afirmación. Por lo tanto, aquello que la Shar'a ha indicado que debe afirmarse permanece así mientras no se haya mencionado ningún Daleel que lo niegue. De igual modo, aquello que la Shar'a ha establecido que no está presente permanece inexistente mientras no haya un Daleel que establezca o afirme su existencia.

The Raajih (the outweighing or stronger) view is the opinion of the first group who state that Al-Istishaab is a Hujjah in the case or situation of negation and the case of affirmation. Therefore, that which the Shar’a has indicated to be affirmed remains so as long as there is no Daleel that has been mentioned that negates it. Similarly, that which the Shar’a has established to not be present remains non- existent as long as there is no Daleel to establish or affirm its existence.
