अल-फ़तवा का अर्थ:
The meaning of Al-Fatwaa:
अल-फ़तवा भाषाई दृष्टि से: यह क्रिया ‘ ‘से निकला है, जिसका अर्थ है अफ़्ताa (स्पष्ट करना) जिसका अर्थ है अबान (स्पष्ट/प्रकट करना)। अल-फ़ुत्या और अल-फ़तवा का अर्थ एक ही है, और उनका मसदर (धातु-संज्ञा) अल-इफ़्ताउ है।
Al-Fatwaa linguistically: It is from the verb ‘ ‘with the meaning of Aftii with the meaning of Abaan (to make plain/evident). Al-Futyaa and Al-Fatwaa have the same single meaning and the Masdar (infinitive or verbal noun) is Al-Iftaa’u.
शरीयत की दृष्टि से "अल-फ़तवा" का अर्थ:
Al-Fatwaa in its Shar’a meaning:
यह वह है जिसे मुफ़्ती (यानी फ़क़ीह) उस वास्तविकता के संबंध में किसी हुक्म-ए-शरई को स्पष्ट करता या बयान करता है जिसके बारे में पूछा या दरयाफ़्त किया जा रहा है।
It is what the Mufti (i.e. the Faqeeh) makes clear or explains in respect to a Hukm Shar’iy for the reality that is being enquired or asked about.
अल्लाह (سبحانه وتعالى) ने फ़रमाया:
Allah (swt) said:
उनके बारे में वे आपसे आपकी शरई हिदायत पूछते हैं। कह दीजिए: अल्लाह तुम्हें उनके बारे में हिदायत देता है (अन-निसा 127)।
They ask your legal instruction concerning women, say: Allah instructs you about them (An-Nisaa’ 127).
उस सम्मानित आयत का अर्थ यह है कि अल्लाह महिलाओं से संबंधित अहकाम-ए-शरइय्या को स्पष्ट कर देगा।
The Noble Aayah means that Allah will explain or make clear the Ahkaam Ash-Shar’iyah related to the women.
