The Third Chapter
पहला: अल-इज्मा (सर्वसम्मति):
Firstly: Al-Ijmaa’ (Consensus):
1 – अहकाम अश-शरइय्याह के संबंध में इसका अर्थ और महत्व।
1 – Its meaning and importance in respect to the Ahkaam AshShar’iyah.
2 – इसकी हुज्जियत (प्रमाण और दलील के रूप में इसकी मान्यता), इसके घटित होने की संभावना, और इस संबंध में उलेमा (विद्वानों) की रायें।
2 – Its Hujjiyah (validity as a proof and evidence), the possibility of its occurrence and the opinions of the ‘Ulamaa in respect to that.
3 – इज्माअ के स्तर (या श्रेणियाँ), इज्माअ के अहल (लोग) और उनकी शर्तें।
3 – The levels (or grades) of Al-Ijmaa’, the Ahl (people) of Al-Ijmaa’ and their conditions.
4 – मुस्तनद अल-इज्मा (वह आधार जिस पर इज्मा टिका है)
4 – Mustanad Al-Ijmaa’ (what the Ijmaa’ rests upon)
