1 – अत-तआदुल (समानता): इसका अर्थ, दो कतई (निश्चित) दलीलों का तआदुल (समानता), दो ज़न्नी (संभावित) दलीलों का तआदुल (समानता) और कतई तथा ज़न्नी का तआदुल (समानता)।

1 – At-Ta’aadul (equivalence): Its meaning, Ta’aadul (equivalence) of the two Qat’iys, Ta’aadul (equivalence) of the two Zhanniys and Ta’aadul (equivalence) of the Qat’iy and the Zhanniy.

2 – अत-तरजीह (प्राथमिकता देना): इसका अर्थ, इसके प्रयोग का हुक्म और उसकी दलील।

2 – At-Tarjeeh (outweighing): Its meaning, the Hukm of using it and the Daleel for that.

3 – दोनों प्रमाणों पर अमल करना, भले ही किसी एक पहलू या दृष्टिकोण से ही सही, किसी एक को छोड़ देने से अधिक उचित (औला) है।

3 – Working with both evidences, and even if from one aspect or angle, is more appropriate (Awlaa) than neglecting one of them.

4 - दो पाठों के बीच विरोध, जहाँ एक दूसरे के बाद का है और जहाँ ऐसा नहीं है।

4 - Conflict between two texts where one is later that the other and when it is not.

5 – अनुमानों (अल-क़ियास, जो क़ियास का बहुवचन है) पर प्रधानता

5 – Outweighing the analogies (Al-Aqyisah pl. of Qiyaas).

6 – अत-तर्जीह (अर्थ-प्राथमिकता देना) लफ़्ज़ की दलालात (शाब्दिक शब्दों के संकेतों) के बीच, एक ही पाठ के भीतर।

6 – At-Tarjeeh (outweighing) between the Dalaalaat of the Lafzh (indications of the expressed wordings) within a single text.
