1) Jika Qiyās didasarkan pada nash yang bersifat Qath‘iy dan 'Illah dari nash tersebut bersifat Sarāhatan atau Dalālatan (secara tegas atau secara implisit), maka dalam hal ini Qiyās didahulukan atas Khabar Al-Āḥād yang bersifat Zhanniy. 2) Jika Qiyās bersandar pada Ashl (pokok) yang bersifat Zhanniy dan 'Illah-nya ditetapkan melalui Istinbāṭ (penggalian hukum), maka dalam hal ini Khabar Al-Āḥād didahulukan atas Qiyās.

1) If the Qiyaas is based upon a Qat’iy text and the ‘Illah of the text is Saraahatan or Dalaalatan (explicit or implicit) then in this case the Qiyaas will take precedence over the Khabar Al-Aahaad AzhZhanniy. 2) If the Qiyaas depended upon a Zhanniy Asl (origin) and the ‘Illah was established through Istinbaat (deduction), then in this case the Khabar Al-Aahaad takes precedence over the Qiyaas.
