راجح (زیادہ مضبوط) قول پہلے گروہ کی رائے ہے جو یہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ الاستصحاب نفی اور اثبات کی صورت یا حالت میں حجت ہے۔ لہٰذا، جس چیز کو شریعت نے ثابت شدہ قرار دیا ہے وہ اسی طرح رہے گی جب تک کہ کوئی ایسی دلیل ذکر نہ کی جائے جو اس کی نفی کر دے۔ اسی طرح، جس چیز کو شریعت نے غیر موجود ہونے کا حکم دیا ہے وہ غیر موجود ہی رہے گی جب تک کہ اس کے وجود کو ثابت کرنے یا اس کے اثبات کے لیے کوئی دلیل موجود نہ ہو۔

The Raajih (the outweighing or stronger) view is the opinion of the first group who state that Al-Istishaab is a Hujjah in the case or situation of negation and the case of affirmation. Therefore, that which the Shar’a has indicated to be affirmed remains so as long as there is no Daleel that has been mentioned that negates it. Similarly, that which the Shar’a has established to not be present remains non- existent as long as there is no Daleel to establish or affirm its existence.
