Al-Muhkam ist der Lafzh (Wortlaut), der auf die Bedeutung hinweist, die ursprünglich mit ihm beabsichtigt ist, mit einer klaren Dalaalah (Bedeutungsanzeige), die weder einer Auslegung offensteht noch zur Zeit der Risaalah (Sendung des Propheten) abgeschafft werden kann.

Al-Muhkam is the Lafzh (wording) guiding to the meaning that is intended from it in origin with a clear Dalaalah which is not open to interpretation or abrogation in the time of the Risaalah.

Der Muhkam steht daher auf der höchsten Stufe der Klarheit, weil in ihm keine Offenheit (für Veränderung) besteht, und er ist klarer als der Mufassar, weil er zur Zeit der Risaalah (d. h. zur Zeit der Offenbarung) nicht der Aufhebung unterliegen konnte.

The Muhkam is therefore of the highest level of clarity because there is no openness (to change) within it and is clearer than the Mufassar because it is not open to being abrogated in the time of the Risaalah (i.e. time of revelation).
