「ファトワー」の意味：
The meaning of Al-Fatwaa:
「ファトワー」の語源について言えば、言語学的には、動詞「أَفْتَى（アフタ）」から派生した語である。その意味は「アフタ」に由来し、「アバーン（明らかにする、明示する）」と同じ意味である。「フトヤー」と「ファトワー」は同じ一つの意味を持ち、その動名詞（マスダル）は「イフター」である。
Al-Fatwaa linguistically: It is from the verb ‘ ‘with the meaning of Aftii with the meaning of Abaan (to make plain/evident). Al-Futyaa and Al-Fatwaa have the same single meaning and the Masdar (infinitive or verbal noun) is Al-Iftaa’u.
シャリーア上の意味での「ファトワー（al-Fatwaa）」：
Al-Fatwaa in its Shar’a meaning:
それは、質問されている事柄について、ムフティ（すなわちファキーフ）が、ハッカム・シャルイー（シャリーアの規定）に関して明らかにし、説明するものである。
It is what the Mufti (i.e. the Faqeeh) makes clear or explains in respect to a Hukm Shar’iy for the reality that is being enquired or asked about.
アッラー(SWT)はこう仰せられた:
Allah (swt) said:
彼らは女性に関するあなたの法的指示を求めます。こう言いなさい。「アッラーはあなたがたに彼女たちについて指示されます」（アン＝ニサー 127）。
They ask your legal instruction concerning women, say: Allah instructs you about them (An-Nisaa’ 127).
「高貴なアーヤ」は、アッラーが女性に関連するアフカーム・アッシャル'イヤ（シャリーアの諸規定）を説明し、明らかにされることを意味する。
The Noble Aayah means that Allah will explain or make clear the Ahkaam Ash-Shar’iyah related to the women.
