「シーガット・アル=ナヒー」(禁止の形式)
Seeghat Un-nahi (the Forbiddance Form)
「ナフィー」(禁止)にはアラビア語において「シーガ」(形式)があり、それは لآ تَفْعَل あるいは لا يَفْعَل という形であって、「上位からの命令として」(イスティラー)に基づき、その行為を放棄する、あるいは行わないことを意味する。アラビア語の話し方の様式に従って、その行為の放棄や差し控えを成立させる「シーガ」(形式)が存在し、ナフィーの意味は文の構成から推察することができる。ナフィーの形式を要約すると次のようになる。
The Nahi (forbiddance) has a Seeghah (form) in the Arabic language and it is: لآ تَفْعَل or لا يَفْعَل and it means to leave or not do the action ‘Alaa Wajh -il-Isti’laa’ (upon the basis that it has come from a higher authority). There are Siyagh (forms) in accordance to the styles of the Arabic speech that establish the leaving or refraining from the action and the meaning of the Nahi can be deduced from the composition of the sentences. It is possible to sum up the forms of the Nahi as follows:
1- 形「لآ تَفْعَلْ」または「لا يَفْعلَ」は、アッラーのお言葉、「{…}」のような形である。
1- The form لآ تَفْعَلْ or لا يَفْعلَ This is like the Qawl of Allah Ta’Aalaa:
{そして、アッラーが殺害を禁じられた人の命を、正当な理由なく殺してはならない}(アル=アンアーム 151)
And do not kill the soul (human life) which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right (Al-An’aam 151).
2 – 語 حَرَّمَ(ハッラマ)とその派生語(ムシュタqāt)。例えば、アッラーの言葉(SWT)のように。
2 – The Lafzh حَرَّمَ ( Harrama) and its derivations (Mushtaqaat). This is like the Qawl of Allah (swt):
禁じられているのはあなたがたにとって、死肉、血、豚の肉、そしてアッラー以外の名のために捧げられたもの(アル=マーイダ章3節)。
Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah (Al-Maa’idah 3).
3 – 「نَهَى」(禁じる)とその派生語(ムシュタqaat)。これは、アッラーの御言葉(swt)にあるようなものである。
3 – The Lafzh ' نَهَئ' (to forbid) and its Mushtaqaat (derivations). This is like in His Qawl (swt):
そして、(アッラーは)醜悪な行いと悪事と不正を禁じられる(アン=ナフル 90)。
And forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression (An-Nahl 90).
4 – 警告を表す言葉(アル=アルファーズ・アッ=タフディール)。例えば「イヤーカ」(「~に気をつけなさい」)のような言葉です。預言者(ﷺ)の次のハディースにあるように:
4 – Alfaazh At-Tahdheer (worded expressions of warning) like: ‘إياك‘ This is like in the Hadeeth of the Messenger of Allah (saw):
サラートの最中に振り向くことに気をつけなさい。
Beware of turning in the Salaah
5 – 言葉遣い(ラフズ)「لا يَحِلَّ」(〜は許されない/ハラールではない)
5 – The Lafzh (wording) ‘لا يَحِلَّ ‘It is not Halaal).
これは彼の言葉のようなものです (saw) Wait: the rules say to keep (saw) exactly as-is? The rules say: "Keep ﷺ exactly as it is, and (SWT) too." and "instead of a written-out or abbreviated one such as ... (saw) - but never..." So (saw) should be replaced with ﷺ. The mention "his statement" refers to the Prophet, so ﷺ after the mention. The original "(saw)" is an abbreviated honorific that gets replaced by ﷺ. Corrected: これは彼の言葉のようなものです ﷺ Hmm, "his statement" — the "his" refers to the Prophet. Placing ﷺ after the mention of the Prophet; here the pronoun "his" refers to him, and the abbreviation is replaced by ﷺ. **Final answer:** これは彼の言葉のようなものです ﷺ
This is like his statement (saw):
歌う女奴隷(アル=ムガンニヤート)を売ること、買うこと、また彼女たちを取引することは、ハラールではない。その代金を消費することはハラームである(イブン・マージャ『スナン』「取引の書」より)。
It is not Halaal to sell Al-Mughanniyaat (female singers), or purchase them, or trade in them, and the consumption of their price is Haraam (Ibn Maajah in his Sunan in the Book of Tijaaraat).
これらの形式はすべて、禁止(ナフィー)を表しています。たとえ多くのものについて、言語自体が禁止を示す形式を与えていないとしても、禁止の意味は文の語形と構成、そしてそれが示す意味内容によって成立しています。なぜなら、アラビア語が禁止のために定めて提供している唯一の形式は、禁止の「ラー」(لا)が前置された未完了動詞(ムダーリウ)の形だからです。
All of the above forms establish the Nahi (forbiddance) and even if most of them have not been provided in origin by the language to indicate the Nahi. The Nahi in them is established by the linguistic formation and composition of the sentence and what they indicate in terms of the meaning of the Nahi. That is because the only form that has been set and provided by the Arabic language for the Nahi is that of the Mudaari’ (present verb) form that is connected to the ‘Laa An-Naahiyah’ (لا) (the ‘Laa’ of forbidding).
