Al-makrooh (the Disliked Action)
シャリーアの用語上の定義（イスティラーフ）における「マクルーフ」：
The Makrooh in accordance to the Shar’a Istilaah (terminological definition):
それは、立法者（シャーリウ）が決定的ではない要求（タラブ・ガイル・ジャーズィム）によって、その実行を放棄するよう求めたものである。
It is that which the Shaari’ (Legislator) has requested leaving its perfomance by way of a non-decisive request (Talab Ghair Jaazim).
それは、行わないことの方が望ましい、あるいはより適切であるもののことである。makrūh(忌避されるもの)を行う者は罪を犯すわけではなく、アッラーの命令に従ってそれを避けるならば、称賛され報奨を与えられる。
It is that which leaving it is better or preferred (or more appropriate) that doing it. The one who does the Makrooh is not sinful and if he leaves it in compliance to the command of Allah he is commended and rewarded.
例として、預言者（ﷺ）の言葉（カウル）の中で述べられたものがあります。
An example of the Makrooh is that which was mentioned in the Qawl of the Messenger (saw):
まことに、アッラーはあなたがたのために三つのことを嫌われた（カリハ）。「（人が）こう言った、ああ言った」という噂話、財産の浪費、そして過度に多くの質問をすること（アル＝ブハーリー）。
