Al-‘urf And Al-istishaab
第一に：アル＝ウルフ（慣習）
Firstly: Al-’Urf (custom):

Secondly: Al-Istishaab (continuity of the rule):
1 – その定義、そのヒュッジィヤ（証拠としての効力）、それに基づいて行動することの証拠、そしてそれに関するウラマーの見解。
