Comme cela a été mentionné dans la section sur les catégories de la sunna, agir conformément à la sunna est obligatoire (Wajib). Ce qui suit est un résumé de ce qui précède concernant le statut légal (Hukm) de l'application de chaque sunna :

As was mentioned in the section about the categories of the Sunnah, working with (and acting upon) the Sunnah is Waajib. The following is a summary of what preceded in respect to the Hukm (ruling) of working with each Sunnah:

1 – Al-Mutawaatir : Il est obligatoire de prendre la sunna mutawaatirah en ce qui concerne les Aqaa’id et les Ahkaam.

1 – Al-Mutawaatir: It is obligatory to take the Sunnah Al Mutawaatirah in respect to the Aqaa’id and the Ahkaam.

2 – Al-Mash’hoor : Il est obligatoire de prendre le Mash’hoor en ce qui concerne les Ahkaam.

2 – Al-Mash’hoor: It is obligatory to take the Mash’hoor in respect to the Ahkaam.

3 – Khabar Al-Aahaad : s'il est Saheeh ou Hasan, il est alors obligatoire de le prendre en compte pour l'application des Ahkaam.

3 – Khabar Al-Aahaad: If it is Saheeh or Hasan, then it is obligatory to be taken to be worked with in respect to the Ahkaam.

4 – As-Sunnah Ad-Da’eefah : Elle n'est pas utilisée comme preuve du tout, car sa transmission n'est pas vérifiée quant à son origine provenant du Messager d'Allah ﷺ.

4 – As-Sunnah Ad-Da’eefah: It is not used as evidence at all due to its transmission not being verified in respect to it being from the Messenger (saw).

5 – Al-Mursal : Le Mursal At-Taabi’iy est utilisé comme preuve et sur lequel on agit ou avec lequel on travaille tant qu'il n'y a rien de plus fort qui s'y oppose, comme le Mash’hoor et le Saheeh entre autres... Et cela concerne également les Ahkaam (et non la croyance (Aqeedah)).

5 – Al-Mursal: The Mursal At-Taabi’iy is used as evidence and acted upon or worked with as long as there is nothing stronger opposing it from like the Mash’hoor and Saheeh amongst others... And this also relates to the Ahkaam (and not the Aqeedah).
